This vinho verde is made by biodynamic pioneer Fernando Paiva, a retired history teacher that has now dedicated his life to cultivating vines. The first winemaker to receive a demeter qualification in Portugal. This legend also is the first person to use chestnut blossom instead of sulphites to act as an antioxidant, a method that has since been copied by many other producers.

Floral and fruity on the nose, yet rich and citric on the palate. A vivid, elegant wine with great structure that is complemented by the classic freshness that can be found in the vinho verde region.
